Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cryptorafts platform, products, websites, APIs, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”) provided by Cryptorafts (“Cryptorafts,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction)
  • Have the legal capacity to form binding agreements
  • Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms

You represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

2. Account Security & Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials
  • All activity under your account
  • Securing your wallet, private key, passphrase, and login information

Cryptorafts is not responsible for unauthorized access due to your failure to protect your credentials.

3. Platform Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful and permitted purposes. You may not use the Platform to:

  • Violate any laws, rules, or regulations
  • Upload harmful, malicious, or illegal content
  • Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Platform

Cryptorafts reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for prohibited conduct.

4. Fees, Payments & Billing

4.1 Current Fee Structure

By using certain Platform services, you agree to pay:

  • KYC (Know Your Customer) Fee: USD $1 per verification
  • KYB (Know Your Business) Fee: No platform fee; users pay only blockchain network gas fees
  • Project Pitching Fee: USD $50
  • Success Fee (upon successful funding): 2% total
    • 1% allocated for Cryptorafts user airdrops
    • 1% retained by Cryptorafts

Fees are clearly displayed before any transaction. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available.

4.2 Future Fee Structure

Once the Platform exceeds 1,000 onboarded users, fees will be updated as follows:

  • Project Pitching Fee: USD $1,000
  • Success Fee: 4% total
    • 1% for user airdrops
    • 3% retained by Cryptorafts

Fee updates will be published on the Platform prior to enforcement.

5. AI-Based Project Evaluation (RAFT AI)

Cryptorafts uses a fully automated artificial intelligence system (“RAFT AI”) for project document evaluation.

You agree that:

  • RAFT AI is the sole reviewer unless otherwise stated
  • There is no human intervention in AI evaluation
  • Ratings are informational and do not guarantee outcomes
  • If submitted materials contain significant weaknesses, you may be required to revise and re-pitch.

6. No Fund Custody

Cryptorafts does not:

  • Hold, manage, control, or store user funds
  • Act as an escrow agent or payment processor
  • Take custody of any financial assets

All financial transactions occur between you and third parties (investors, exchanges, IDO platforms, etc.) outside the Platform.

7. No Investment or Fundraising Guarantees

Cryptorafts does not guarantee:

  • Completion of fundraising
  • Investment matches or offers
  • Investor engagement
  • Exchange listings or partnerships

All investment decisions are made independently by:

  • Venture capital firms
  • Angel investors
  • IDO platforms
  • Exchanges
  • Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Marketing agencies

Cryptorafts is not liable for any financial results or outcomes.

8. Prohibited Content & Projects

You may not submit, promote, or pitch any project that:

  • Violates applicable laws
  • Promotes hate, violence, or illegal conduct
  • Represents gambling, betting, casino, lottery, or wagering systems
  • Relates to illegal financial schemes or high-risk products

Cryptorafts reserves the right to reject, remove, or suspend prohibited content or accounts without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including trademarks, logos, text, design, and software, is owned or licensed by Cryptorafts. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use intellectual property without written permission.

10. Privacy Policy

Your use of data and information is governed by the Cryptorafts Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference here. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” CRYPTORAFTS MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • SECURITY OR ACCURACY OF CONTENT
  • UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS

YOU USE THE PLATFORM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Cryptorafts shall not be liable for any INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • Cryptorafts’ total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Cryptorafts in the preceding 12 months

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cryptorafts harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your breach of applicable laws or rights of others

14. Policy Changes

Cryptorafts may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cryptorafts operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
