1. Abstract

Web3 promised open access to capital and collaboration. In practice, founders still struggle to prove who they are, investors still sift through incomplete decks, and platforms still carry the cost of bad listings. Cryptorafts exists to close that gap.

We combine verified identity, structured project data, AI-assisted review, and on-chain credentials on BNB Smart Chain into one platform. Six role types — Founder, VC, Exchange, IDO Launchpad, Agency, and Influencer — each get a workspace built for how they actually work, not a generic dashboard forced on everyone.

RaftAI handles screening, scoring, and ongoing monitoring. The AI Workspace gives teams practical tools for pitch decks, tokenomics, due diligence, and day-to-day operations. The $CRAFTS token aligns long-term incentives across the ecosystem. Together, these pieces turn fragmented dealflow into something you can navigate with confidence.

2. Introduction

Anyone can launch a token or publish a roadmap. That freedom is valuable, but it also means trust is harder to earn. Founders face scepticism before they get a fair hearing. Investors waste time on projects that never should have reached their inbox. Exchanges and launchpads absorb reputational risk from listings they could not fully vet.

Cryptorafts responds with a straightforward principle: BUILD. VERIFIED. PITCH. INVEST. Build your project on credible foundations. Get verified once, use that verification across the network. Pitch to the right counterparties. Let capital and partnerships move when the facts support them.

The platform is live at cryptorafts.com. Users can register, complete KYC or KYB, submit and discover projects, run AI-assisted workflows, join deal rooms, participate in airdrops, and connect with security partners — all within a single environment designed for serious Web3 operators.

3. The Problem We Address

The industry has grown, but the trust stack has not kept pace. The same patterns repeat: anonymous teams, inconsistent disclosure, inflated social metrics, and compliance processes that differ from one platform to the next.

  • Trust is fragmented. A founder verified on one site may be unknown everywhere else. Investors have no single place to compare projects on equal terms.
  • Data is messy. Pitch decks, tokenomics, and roadmaps arrive in different formats. Due diligence takes longer than it should, and mistakes are expensive.
  • Engagement can be faked. Campaign metrics and influencer reach are not always what they appear. Marketing spend does not always reach real communities.
  • Compliance is uneven. Without shared standards for KYC and KYB, scaling across regions becomes a legal and operational burden.

Cryptorafts does not claim to eliminate risk. It makes risk visible earlier, with better data and repeatable checks, so participants can decide with their eyes open.

4. The Platform Today

Cryptorafts is not a concept deck. The following capabilities are available to users on the public platform today.

Verification and identity

Founders and influencers complete KYC. VCs, exchanges, IDO platforms, and agencies complete KYB. Verified status feeds into project profiles and can be anchored on-chain through the Cryptorafts MainHub on BSC mainnet.

Dealflow and collaboration

Founders submit pitches and manage projects. VCs browse dealflow, maintain pipelines and portfolios, and run deeper analysis on opportunities. Exchanges and IDO operators review listings and launches. Agencies and influencers discover campaigns and clients. A public dealflow directory lets the wider market explore projects. Private deal rooms support messaging, milestones, and negotiation without leaving the platform.

AI Workspace

Every supported role gets access to the AI Workspace: a copilot for multi-turn chat, more than sixty task-specific modules, autonomous agents for marketing, research, support, and analysis, and document upload with summarisation and Q&A. Credits are tied to subscription plans so usage stays predictable for teams.

RaftAI across the product

RaftAI powers project scoring, pitch and tokenomics review, risk and compliance checks, sentiment tracking, and market-oriented insights. Where video is used, analysis can support liveness and integrity checks during calls.

Security tools and partners

Users can run contract scans, validate project materials, and use ChainGPT for Web3 Q&A and audit-oriented assistance. Partner programmes with CertiK and Hashlock offer audit pathways with preferential pricing for Cryptorafts users. CryptoRank supports market and marketing research. Link Scan helps teams check URLs before sharing them externally.

Airdrops, content, and community

Wallet-verified airdrop campaigns support task tracking and multiple reward types. The blog, news, and learning sections publish public content for anyone visiting the site. Spotlight placement helps projects increase visibility within the ecosystem.

A full overview of public features is maintained on the Features page.

5. Role-Based Workspaces

One login does not fit all. Cryptorafts separates experience by role so each user sees tools relevant to their job.

  • Founders — pitch submission, project management, grants and tools, security utilities, and founder-focused AI modules including whitepaper and tokenomics support.
  • VCs — dealflow, pipeline, portfolio analytics, watchlists, team collaboration, and VC-oriented AI for memos, due diligence, and scoring.
  • Exchanges — listing workflows, compliance views, reviews, and exchange-specific AI for risk, moderation, and market insights.
  • IDO launchpads — launch planning, dealflow, analytics, and modules tailored to token sales and vesting.
  • Agencies — client and campaign management with marketing-oriented AI and dealflow access.
  • Influencers — campaign discovery, earnings tracking, and content-focused AI tools.

Team invites and permissions allow organisations to work together without sharing a single account.

6. RaftAI — Verification and Intelligence

RaftAI is the analytical core of Cryptorafts. It is built to reduce manual screening while keeping humans in the loop for final decisions.

  • KYC and KYB assistance with document and identity signals
  • Tokenomics and economic model review
  • Pitch deck and whitepaper analysis
  • Risk, compliance, and reputation-oriented scoring
  • Sentiment and narrative tracking from public sources
  • Market prediction and sector-level insights where data allows

Projects receive a trust index on a 0–100 scale. That score reflects verified inputs and ongoing signals, not a single static rating. It is designed to improve over time as more data is confirmed on-chain and through platform activity.

The goal is consistency: the same project should not look radically different to a VC, an exchange, and a launchpad simply because each party uses a different checklist.

7. AI Workspace

RaftAI handles platform-wide verification. The AI Workspace is where teams do daily work — drafting, analysing, and iterating without exporting everything to external tools.

Workspace capabilities include:

  • Copilot chat — role-aware conversations with history saved per workspace
  • Modules — structured tasks such as pitch decks, fundraising plans, listing reviews, fraud indicators, SEO plans, smart contract guidance, and meeting summaries
  • Agents — longer workflows for marketing, research, founder assistance, coding plans, and VC analysis
  • Documents — upload files for summary, question answering, and contract-oriented review
  • Plans and credits — Starter, Pro, Business, and Enterprise tiers with monthly AI credits and seat limits

The system uses multiple AI providers with automatic fallback so a single outage does not block your team. That reliability matters when deadlines are tied to a fundraise or a listing date.

8. On-Chain Infrastructure

Trust should survive outside any one database. Cryptorafts MainHub on BSC mainnet supports on-chain storage of verification-related data, project acceptance flows, reputation signals, airdrop escrow, and market protection logic where applicable.

Users can hold portable credentials tied to verified identity or business status. Pitch and verification fees can be settled on-chain with transparent routing. The airdrop system ties wallet verification to task completion so rewards go to participants who actually engaged.

Smart contracts follow upgradeable patterns with access control suitable for production deployment. The chain layer complements — not replaces — the application experience most users see day to day.

9. How the Pieces Fit Together

Cryptorafts is deliberately built as one fabric rather than a bundle of disconnected products.

  • Verification unlocks pitching and advanced discovery
  • RaftAI scores and flags feed dealflow and listing decisions
  • Deal rooms keep conversations and context next to the project record
  • AI Workspace accelerates documents and analysis that verification alone cannot supply
  • On-chain records give counterparties a durable proof layer
  • Partner security programmes connect teams to professional audits when they are ready

A founder can verify, pitch, refine materials in the Workspace, speak with investors in a deal room, and point to on-chain credentials. A VC can filter, score, and move a deal through pipeline stages without re-entering the same data five times. That is the operational point of an all-in-one design.

10. Roadmap

Delivery is phased. Several milestones below are already complete; others remain in active development.

Completed — Foundation and live platform

  • Core RaftAI and verification flows operational
  • KYC/KYB and role-based dashboards live for all six public roles
  • Dealflow, deal rooms, messaging, and public project discovery
  • AI Workspace with copilot, modules, agents, and document tools
  • MainHub contracts on BSC mainnet; airdrop and credential flows
  • Security tools and partner integrations (CertiK, Hashlock, ChainGPT, CryptoRank)
  • Public site: blog, news, learning, features, and white paper

In progress — Growth and monetisation

  • Expanded Stripe billing and subscription management for AI plans
  • Broader module library and agent workflows per role
  • Deeper exchange and launchpad listing automation
  • Enhanced cross-chain credential portability

Upcoming — Token and governance

  • $CRAFTS smart contract audits and Token Generation Event (TGE)
  • On-chain governance and DAO framework for community proposals
  • Regulatory partnerships and multi-chain expansion of the trust protocol
  • Global partnerships to establish AI-verified fundraising standards

11. Governance and the $CRAFTS Token

After the Token Generation Event, Cryptorafts intends to transition toward community governance. $CRAFTS will align incentives between users who contribute quality projects, honest review, and long-term participation.

Planned governance structure:

  • Proposers — submit upgrades, integrations, and partnership ideas
  • Voters — stake or hold $CRAFTS to vote on proposals on-chain
  • Executors — implement approved changes through audited contracts

Until governance is live, product direction remains with the core team, informed by user feedback and ecosystem partners.

12. Long-Term Vision

We want Cryptorafts to be the place serious Web3 teams and serious capital meet first — not after damage has already been done.

Over the coming years, focus areas include:

  • Working with regulators and compliance partners where markets require it
  • Real-time risk infrastructure that updates as projects and markets change
  • Extending the trust protocol beyond a single chain
  • Making AI-verified fundraising a norm, not a novelty

The measure of success is not vanity metrics. It is whether a founder with a solid project can raise faster and whether an investor can say no with confidence — or yes with evidence.

13. Conclusion

Web3 does not need more noise. It needs a shared standard for who is real, what a project actually contains, and how capital should move when the facts are on the table.

Cryptorafts brings verification, AI, dealflow, and on-chain proof into one product that is already in use. RaftAI and the AI Workspace handle the analytical load. Role-based workspaces respect how each participant works. MainHub and airdrop infrastructure anchor trust where the chain adds value.

We are building toward a market where "trust me" is replaced by show me the verification, the score, the documents, and the record. That is what BUILD. VERIFIED. PITCH. INVEST. means in practice — and it is what we invite you to use at cryptorafts.com.
